With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judy Leake of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Forrest and Ada Marie Woods; her sisters, Sandy (Bob Choate), Janis (Gilbert Price) and Carolyn Davis; and her sister-in-law Coleta McMillan.

She is survived by: her husband Roger Leake; her brother-in-law Jerry Leake (Diane); her daughters, Denise Martin (Ronnie), Deanna Collins (Jay Ollison) and Tink Collins; her grandchildren, Tyler Martin, Shelbi Wortham (Maurice), Garret Martin, Doug Collins and Dru Collins (Perry Olsen); her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Driver, Jaylon Wortham, Carter Wortham, Kruz Wortham and Whitt Martin; her cousin Sharon Holsey; and her close friend Debbie (Kenneth).
