He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd D. Edwards and Betty June Edwards (Bell); his wife Ollie Marie Edwards; and his grandson Cameron Nelson. He is survived by: his daughter Misty Nelson (Edwards); his grandson Creed Nelson of Norman; and his siblings, Harriet McCarthy of Duncan, Dennis Edwards (Rahe) of Sulphur, Lynn Griffith (Leroy) of Lone Grove and Tommy D Edwards (Rachelle) of Wichita Falls, TX. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home (65 Golf Course Rd, Healdton, OK 73438). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Milo Baptist Church (23166 OK-53, Springer, OK 73458).
