She is survived by: her husband Larry Gene Chapman; her children, Shamus Wells (Kay), Cassie Bevelhymer and Micah Wells; her grandchildren, Ivy (Jerome), Baylee (Dylan), Dalton, Corbin, Marlee, O'Riah and Legen; her great grandchildren, Lilliana and Esme; her stepchildren, Lawrence, Gina (Jake) and Kevin; and her sister Gloria (Tom).
