He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Czajkowski and Stella Czajkowski (Storozyszyn); his sisters, Tessie Long, Alice Green and Margie Tisdale; his siblings-in-law, Andy Duggan, Emmit Long, Brian Green and Linda Czajkowski; and his nieces and nephews, Joseph "Joey" Tisdale, Jackie Long, Emmit Long Jr., Timmy Long, Janet Costine and Donna Kay Eastep.

He is survived by: his siblings, Dorothy Duggan and Stanley Czajkowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as many friends.
