Armstrong of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, born in Carmi, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Lantz and Ella Venita Thomas; his siblings, Graydon Lantz and Sue Lantz; and his niece Christina Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Armstrong; his children, Ed Armstrong (Julie), Leslie Quick (Danny) and Angela Cosby (Darin) of Oklahoma City; his siblings, Donna, Bill Anderson, Gene Lantz and Pat Herndon; and his grandchildren, Zach, Casey, Claire Armstrong, Hollie Fansler, Jessica Moore, Emily, Bo Ballard, Abby and Jackson Cosby.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Armstrong Family Scholarship Fund for Healdton graduates.
