He is survived by: his wife Kim Louise; his sons, Eric Joseph and Steven Jerome; his stepdaughter Rachael Elizabeth; his sister Beverly Joyce; his sister-in-law Elizabeth McVicker; and his grandchildren, Taylor and Michael. He is also survived by great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
