He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Philmore Slane and Gladys Marie Potts Slane; his wife Carolyn Faye Rodebush; and his siblings, Juanita Pollock, Louis and Grant.
He is survived by: his sons, David Slane and Larry Chris Slane; his daughter-in-law Lynndee Jean Slane; his grandchildren, Logan, Lauren, Dillon, Seth, Joseph Jr., Samuel, Christalynn, Rickie and Hannah; his great grandchild Marceline; and his siblings, Clifford Ray Slane, Wilda June Slane, Grace Gale Slane, Jerry Lee Slane (Carolyn Kay Inman) and Charles Eldon Slane. He is also survived by numerous Niece, Nephews, Cousins, other relatives, and friends.
