He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Hilty and Alsace L. Hilty (Eads). He is survived by: his wife Peggy Lowe; his children, Melody Hilty, Lee Allen Hilty Jr. (Diana) and Walter Scott Hilty; and his stepchildren, David Jordan, Joe Jordan, Charlett Black, Jimmy Jordan and Jeff Jordan. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
