She was predeceased by: her parents, William Melton and Colleen Melton; and her siblings, Jeanna Carol Fife, Johnnie Franklin Melton and Robert Douglas Rich.
She is survived by: her children, Retha Chamberlain, Ronald Chamberlain Jr. (Angelique), Christi McNutt and Alisha Chamberlain; and her grandchildren, Lashaunda, Tyler, Rance, Clarissa, Megan, Evan, Eric and Mariah. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
