She is survived by : her parents, Michael Greene and Brenda Greene; her sisters, Megan Chase (Zac) and Morgan Stallings (Cody); her grandparents, Richard, Pat Greene and Flo Thomas; her nieces and nephews, Cooper, Clay Stallings, Kensley and Hadley Chase; and her close friend Sydnee Kirkham. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary South Lakes (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Emmaus Baptist Church (16001 S Western Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73170).

Macie's family has requested memorial donations to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation.
