It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus Carl Schlegel (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), who passed away on August 27, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Marcus may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marcus touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Schlegel and Darlene Schlegel. He is survived by: his son Kevin Lynn Schlegel (Lindsay); his wife Judy; his grandchildren, Anton and Raelynn of Muleshoe; and his brother Kurt of Aurora, CO. He is also survived by many cousins, and many friends.
