She is survived by: her mother Mary Ellen Bellamy (George) of Rush Springs; her husband Joe; her children, Callie Cook of Edmond and Casey Cook of Edmond; her grandchildren, Tristan of Edmond, Eli of Edmond and Johanna of Edmond; and her siblings, Bill Bellamy (Joyce) of Fort Cobb and Susie White (Lou) of Fort Cobb. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
