He is survived by: his children, Doug Collum (Kate) of Denver and Evangeline Shockley (Jason) of Steamboat Springs, Colorado.; his grandchildren, Irie, Van Collum, Ophelia and Vespa Shockley; his wife Jan Dipboye; his siblings, David Collum (Shari) of Shawnee and Leslie Ann Collum (David Penn) of Murfreesboro; his sister-in-law Debbie Dipboye Griffin (Jerry) of Bethany, Oklahoma.; his nephew Clay Collum; his nieces, Andrea Murrell, Catherine Penn, Elizabeth Penn and Andrea Webb; and his friends, Allen, Cindy Bourne of Placitas, Rick, Kelly Krause of Oklahoma City and Ray Gibson of Norman.
