He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Martz and Minnetta Martz of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.; and his sister Judie Martz. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Elaine Martz (Welchel); his children, Brent Martz (Lora Martz) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Terry Martz of Newcastle and Ginger Stephens (Wayne Stephens) of Newcastle, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Misty McGuire (Robert), Jason Martz (Liz), Joshua Martz, Jared Martz (Tiffany) and Mariah Stephens; and his sisters, Mary Wilson of Austin and Carol Stewart (Peter) of St. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
