He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Howard (Troy) of Tampa, Florida and Mike Eckel II (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Kasie Denton (Treavor Harpine), Steven Torkelson and Dillion Denton; his great grandchildren, Michael, Jade, Rooster and Jack; his sister Lana Stewart (Bill) of Blanchard; his siblings-in-law, Bill Houston of Oklahoma City and Patti Eckel of Princeton, Texas; his nieces and nephews, Lance, Tina, Steven, Ronnie II and Renee; and his former wife Kay.
