She is survived by: her daughter Bonnie Bolerjack (James); her stepdaughter Janet Hollingsworth; her grandchildren, Dallas Chase (Erica), Lydia Cook (Tim), Elisabeth Shelton and Jake Hollingsworth; and her great grandchildren, Chloe Shelton, Alyssa Eden (Jeremiah), Caedmon Cook, Iain Cook and Everett Chase.
