She was predeceased by: her parents, William Halford and Georgia Halford; and her brother Dennis Halford. She is survived by: her husband Freddie Self; her daughters, Avery Carpenter (Dustin), Amanda Self and Heather Tittjung (Stefan); her sister Terri Hunter (David); and her grandsons, Braxton Carpenter and Anthony Tittjung.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Vondel L. Smith & Son Mortuary South Lakes (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the South Lakes Chapel (4000 SW 119th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73173).
