It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Jolene Sheffield of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 1, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her former husband Alfred Sheffield; her children, James Sheffield and Deana Brotherton; and her sons-in-law, Randy Brotherton and Larry Witt.

She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Witt and Connie Wilkins (Randy); and her husband Bob Phillips. She is also survived by 3 brothers and 2 sisters in California; 6 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
