He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Wayne and Martha Fern Leveritt; and his sister Judy. He is survived by: his girlfriend Janell Miller; his son Jesse Leveritt (Randah); his stepdaughter Amie Seaman (Michael); his grandchildren, Abigail, Haley Leveritt, Maddie and Dannika Seaman; and his great grandchild Maggie Petersen.
