He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Loyd and Nora Muse; his parents, W. J. Muse (Judy Muse) and Eleanor Mae Muse; his brother Stephen Muse; Misty Keiser.

He is survived by: his wife Fath; his grandson Uriah; his children, Erick, Angela, Adam, Nicholas, Melissa and Stephen; and his sisters, Dawna, Judi and Paula.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139).
