He was predeceased by : his parents, Rafael Cintron and Marcela Gonzalez. He is survived by : his children, Leslie Ann, Lenny Rafael and Jaylene Kassandra; his wife Lourdes Janet Ortiz-Morel; his daughter Lynette; his grandchildren, Naomi, Kaleb, Leilani, Jace, Drexen, Ayva, Jomar and Jareliz; and his siblings, Vilma, Tony and Luis.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Okc Faith Church (800 S Portland Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73108).
