He is survived by: his wife Ilene Smith; his children, Tasha (Ryan Minnaar), Tiffany (Chris Chase) and Justin Smith; his grandchildren, Kai, Aubrey, Ari, Ian, Austin, Jase, Emily and Ora; and his siblings, Kenneth (Donna Smith), Gary (Tracey Smith), Paula (Manuel Ramirez), Darice (Brian Cook) and Lisa (Vince Ellis). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
