He is survived by: his girlfriend Paula; his children, Kelly Lindley, Greg Menifee (Michelle) and Christine Menifee; his grandchildren, Gage Parker, Emily Sullivan (Jessie) and Abby Parker (Kelsey Behrnes); his great grandchildren, Zoey and Molly Sullivan; his sisters-in-law, Pam Schumann and Patricia Abbott; his siblings, Tom Menifee (Barbara) and Sally West (Terry); and his sister-in-law Joyce Menifee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
