He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Dickey and Mildred Aleene Epperson. He is survived by: his former wife Melinda Denham of Oklahoma City, OK; his wife Mindy; his friends, Kevin Monds, Wayne Joe, Jimmie, Sandee Flenner and Brad Isenhagen; his daughter Mindy Joy Dickey of Oklahoma City, OK.; his brothers, Bill Dickey (Sue Dickey) of Foster City, CA. and John Dickey (Gorgann Dickey) of Stillwater, OK.; and his brother-in-law Mike Denham (Laurie Denham).
