He is survived by: his son Robert Jr. "Bobby" Worthen (Melodee); his grandchildren, Madison, Cade, Ian and Mason of El Reno; his daughter Melissa Coombs (Keith); his grandchildren, Ethan, Shelby and Savannah of Norman; his daughter Jade Schane (Tim); his grandchildren, Brandon, Austen and Dylan of Yukon; and his son Terry Worthen Hanson (Michelle) of Ohio. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
