It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Kay Stephens of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, born in Seminole, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 6, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Reuben Columbus and Virginia Beryl Stephens (Travers); his wife Julie Anne Howard; his sons, Michael H. Stephens (Janay) of Edmond, OK and Jeff A. "Bo" Stephens (Paige) of Knoxville, TN; and his grandchildren, Rylie Stephens, Allie Stephens, Cameron Stephens, Zachery Stephens, Elisabeth Stephens and Hannah Claire Stephens.
