She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Baker and Beatrice Baker (Skelton); her husband Phil Barnard; her son Craig Barnard; her siblings, Kenneth Baker, Lottie Burks (James), Yvonne Ferran (Manuel) and Wanda Bradley (Max); and her brother-in-law Robert Foglesong.
She is survived by: her son Kelly Barnard; her sister Helen Foglesong; and her sister-in-law Sheron Baker Gosvenor. She is also survived by four nephews and six nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sunny Lane Cemetery (4000 SE 29th St, Del City, OK 73115).
