She is survived by: her brother John Dillingham (Leslie); her children, David Carey III and Kristy Harlan; her grandchildren, Natasha Duncan (Trevor), Nathan Harlan and Amy Webb; and her great grandchild Ajay Duncan.
She fiercely battled Alzheimer's for over a decade.
