He is survived by: his wife Belinda Rafferty; his children, Ashley Rafferty (Anthony Lamirand), Justin Rafferty, Spring Lancaster (Keith) and Kenneth Blair (Michelle); his grandchildren, Logan, Keeley, Caleb, Leah, Braxlee, Kolton, Drakon, Chloe, Skylar, Blaine, Jordan, Lilah and Astrid; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth "Ella", Isaac and Gatlin; and his siblings, Jacqi Satterlee (Stuart), Jill Harris (Ron) and Kari Phillips (Mike). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
