She was predeceased by: her parents, Samson Vaughn and Lillian Vaughn (Auston); her siblings, Lindy Vaughn, Don Vaughn and Judy Chellburg; and her husband Thomas Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Shipman (David), Vickie Duty and Kirk Campbell; her grandchildren, Melissa Gandy (Jon), Sam Duty and Michael Duty (Jenny); her great grandchildren, Kaleb Santiago, Jayden Hibben and Zion Hibben; and her sisters, Betty Scholfield (Art), Dale Sitter and Diane Lytle.
