He is survived by: his wife Madeline Blackburn; his daughter Sammi Jo Neeley; his stepdaughter Leslie Blackburn; and his siblings, Raymond (Pete), Carole, Joyce, Nancy, Lucy and Donna. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews, 12 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren.
