He was predeceased by: his son Timothy Alan Vice; his parents, Homer Vice and Jewell Vice (Clark) of Apache; his sisters, Carolyn and Anita; his brother-in-law Ronald Wallace of Norman; and his nieces, Brenda Webb of Muskogee and Elizabeth (Jermey Daley) of Clinton.
He is survived by: his wife Janet K. Vice; his mother-in-law Betty Williams (Yates) of Oklahoma City; his brothers, Larry (Jeanetta Vice) of Oklahoma City, Lynn (Tilly Vice) of Temple, Texas and Kevin (Danyne Vice) of Apache; and his siblings-in-law, Karen (Gary Chapman) of Clinton and Steven (Sandy Wallace) of Texas.
