He is survived by: his son John Michael Mendenhall (Blythe) of Edmond, OK; his siblings, Don Mendenhall (Carla) of Enid, OK and Connie Musgrave of Bartlesville, OK; his siblings-in-law, Chuck McClure (Monica) of Oklahoma City, OK, Steve McClure (Donna) of Bethany, OK and Susan Thanscheidt (Garry) of Bethany, OK; and his grandchildren, Brooke, Jonah, Julia and Sarah of Edmond, OK. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
