She was predeceased by: her mother Peggy Cook (Largent); and her siblings, Darrell Cook, Stanley Webber and Debbie Webber. She is survived by: her father Charles Cook of Oklahoma City; and her children, Michael Galloway of Duncan, OK, Timmy Cook (Jamie) of Oklahoma City, James Watson (Ashley) of Joplin, MO, Shawna Kilgore of Atoka and Sabrina Buttner of Nebraska. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
