He was predeceased by: his parents, C. T. Cox and Flora Cox. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Cox (Saja) and Julie Kain (Kevin); his wife Gayle Cox; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Anne), Kayla (Matthew), Rachel (Ezra) and Austin (Kevin); his great grandchild Rosalie; and his brother Jim Cox (Theressa).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be provided to the Oklahoma Medical Research Foundation in Teddy's honor (Donate to Honor Cards - In Memory).
