He is survived by: his mother Delma "Billie" Coll (Noland); his daughter Kerri Whatley (Daniel); his grandson Andrew Whatley; and his brothers, Earl Coll (Darlene) of Davis, Jerry Coll (Janet) of Davis and Larry Coll of Davis. He is also survived by numerous nephews & cousins.
