He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his sons, Nick Ballas, Noah Ballas and Daniel Tunell; his father Thomas Gus Ballas Sr.; his sisters, Tiffany Mateas, Megan Ballas and Maureen Davis; his siblings' children, Maggie, Maddie Davis, Max Davis and Ira Ballas; his uncle John Ballas; his aunt Jeanne Ballas; his cousins, Robbie, Jeff and Matt Ballas; his godfather Richard Allocca; his cousins, Tony and Stacy Allocca; his godmother Peg Kalinowski; his uncle Bob Kalinowski; and his cousins, Vicki and Frankie Kalinowski. He is also survived by his other extended family, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Smith & Kernke Funeral Homes & Crematory (14624 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73134). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Catholic Church (8005 Dorset Dr, Nichols Hills, OK 73116).
