He is survived by: his wife Juanita Hoffman; his children, Julie Meltzner, Kathie Dula (Philip), Karen Boaz (Steve), Mary Bullard (Greg), Patty Weir (Chip) and Tommy Huelskamp (Livy); and his pet Buckley. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
