He was predeceased by: his wife Sharon L. Shultz Ransome Smith; and his father Dan Lee Smith. He is survived by: his mother Gayle A. Estes Smith-Yowell; his father-in-law Clark; his stepmother Jackie Smith; his stepchildren, Brandi Moore (Chris) and Bradley Ransome (Jennie); and his sister Heather Grable (Mike). He is also survived by grandkids, nieces, nephews, siblings, aunts, uncles, and cousins from his extended families.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Todd's honor.
