She is survived by: her spouse Diana Ruth Faulkner (Semrad); her daughters, Leann Erwin (Eddie) of Broken Arrow, OK and Lesa Haggard of Broken Arrow, OK; her brother Robert Dale Cole (Jeanie) of Broken Arrow, OK; her grandchildren, Jordan Erwin, Hayden Haggard, Kedryn Haggard and Ian Haggard; and her great grandchild Kade Haggard.
