He is survived by: his daughter Angela; his son-in-law Terry Hedge of Meeker, OK; his son David; his daughter-in-law Beth Crownover of Washington, D. C.; his grandchildren, Chante Kizer of Harrah, OK, Audrey and Matt James of Chandler, OK; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Kizer, Allie Kizer, Jack Kizer and Bentley James. He is also survived by many cousins, other extended family and friends.
