He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bass; his stepchildren, Mike Kozikoski (Tiffany) and Kathleen Kozikoski; his grandchildren, Sydney, Camden and Jaden Kozikoski; and his sisters, Jenny (Tom) and Golda (Brad). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
