He is survived by: his wife Myrna Jean Hester (Hall) of Edmond; his children, Steven Edward Hester (Cheryl) of Richmond and Myrna Michelle Garbrecht (Fred W. Garbrecht, Jr.) of Edmond; his grandchildren, Jacob, Taylor and Alyssa Garbrecht of Edmond; and his brother Robert Hester (Louise) of Edmond, Oklahoma..
