He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa James (Matt), Lori Akers (Chad) and Melissa Boyle (Curtis Hill Jr.); and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Nick Grout, Kayla, Josh Farmer, Katie, Anthony Starkey, Ashtyn, Brett Banta, Tanner, Trevor and Leyton. He is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other family and friends.
