It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Windferd Darlus Dover (Oklahoma City, Oklahoma), born in Winthrop, Arkansas, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie E. Dover and Era Dover (Waddle); and his wife Tommy Jean Dover (Moore). He is survived by : his children, Rick Dover (Annette) and Darlus Riedt; his grandchildren, Rickey Paul Dover and Nikki Riedt; his great grandchild Jacob Dover; his sister Barbara Sue Smith; his niece Paige; and his sister-in-law Yvonne Gamon. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
