She was predeceased by : her parents, William E. McCarty and Emma McCarty (Berry); and her siblings, Garland, Curtis, William McCarty, Jr. and Mary Lou Gilbert.

She is survived by : her sons, Nick Muzljakovich (Harriett), Steve Muzljakovich (Rhonda) and Jeff Muzljakovich; her grandchildren, Paul Muzljakovich (Morgan), Kate Muzljakovich, Sean Muzljakovich (Elizabeth) and Dylan Muzljakovich (Susan); her great grandchild Carter Muzljakovich; and her nieces and nephews, Robin Millar, Renee Gilbert, Niles, Curtis Jr. and Billy McCarty.
