Billie Vivian Stanley Obituary
With sadness, we share the passing of Billie Vivian Stanley of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Billie, born on January 19, 1931, passed away on September 29, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Ed" Edgar and Lessie Lee Tittle (Hamon); her husband Thomas "T. C." Stanley, Sr.; her son John Stanley; her grandson Jonathon Stanley; and her siblings, Helen Stacy, Dorothy Koliha, J. E., Eddie and Jim Tittle.
She is survived by: her children, Tom and Jerry Stanley; her grandsons, Jason, Clinton and Lucas Stanley; and her great grandchildren, Kaden, Claire, Annalyse, Baker, Regan Stanley and Bailey Mayes. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home - Okmulgee (303 E 7th St, Okmulgee, OK 74447). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Anthony Catholic Church (515 S Morton Ave, Okmulgee, OK 74447).
