She is survived by: her husband Carl Ray Pratchard Jr.; her sons, Jeremy Pratchard (Lauren) of Jacksonville and Cody Pratchard of Norman, Oklahoma; and her grandchildren, Bella Pratchard, Max Pratchard and Conner Pratchard.
