She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest P. Simmons, Sr. and Mary Edith Simmons; her siblings, Ernest P. Simmons, Jr., Jean, Betty Ewens and Cleo; her daughter Betty Kapple; her son-in-law Tim Hoyt; and her grandchildren, Thomas Crowl, Daniel Yocum, Emily Yocum and Jennifer McBride.
She is survived by: her husband Don Faris; her children, Bemby Yocum (Charlie), Dorothy Hoyt, Merry McBride (Calvin), Tim Faris and Tammi Jones (Bill); her grandchildren, Russ Yocum and Stephanie; her children, Hilary Morgan, Dennis Crowl, Donald Crowl, Sarah Yocum, Johnny Kapple, Casey Jones, Alison Ronan, Jack, Trent Jones, Austin Faris and Gregory Pender; her great grandchildren, Bri White, Aiden Yocum, Logan Yocum and Lucas Yocum; her brothers, Bob Faris (Pat) and Bev Woodbury; and her friend Judy Hennessy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
