He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Southwick and Florence Southwick (Powell); his wife Mary Southwick; and his siblings, Calvin Southwick, Dick Southwick, Doris Brewer and Mary Yeager.
He is survived by: his son Greg Southwick (Melissa); his sisters, Carolyn Parker of Morris and Virginia Brown of Okmulgee; his grandchildren, Nicholas Rhodes, Elisabeth Southwick, Noah Southwick and Rachel Southwick; and his great grandchild Bella Endres. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
